Unexplained Timeouts Occuring Running SOA

On : 220.127.116.11.0 version, BPEL Service Engine
Several different timeouts are occurring in a SOA cluster environment:
- errors writing to BAM
- web service timing out on all requests
- network connectivity errors to DB
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. SOA cluster runs successfully for a while.
2. Events start to occur as indicated above.
