Webcenter Portal Navigation Redirect Problem After Upgrading To 11.1.1.8.1 (Doc ID 1636629.1)

Symptoms

Users visiting one portal (e.g. 'Portal_A') are immediately redirected to another portal (e.g. 'Portal_B').  Furthermore, the intended Portal_A portal uses a navigation model whose first item is a pages query showing the pages of Portal_B.  Lastly, the aforementioned pages query is configured to redirect.

This behavior only appeared after patching to 11.1.1.8, and did not appear in 11.1.1.6 or 11.1.1.7.

Changes

The environment was patched to 11.1.1.8.
