ORA-02399: Exceeded Maximum Connect Time, You Are Being Logged Off Reported In WebLogic Server logs (Doc ID 1637276.1)

Symptoms

Below message error was printed in server log frequently:

 
This errors appear periodically for one or more JDBC data sources defined in the domain.

In a specific case it occurred every 16 minutes for one JDBC data sources and every 4 hours for other data sources.

Changes

Oracle Data base profile parameter CONNECT_TIME was increased to 16 minutes.
This parameter was not  set to UNLIMITED because the code application may have connections leaks issues.
