CKeditor Not Loading For Some Assets (Doc ID 1637311.1)

Symptoms

After entering some HTML into CKEditor and saving the asset, the CKEditor attribute of that asset becomes uneditable. When the user clicks on the attribute to activate CKEditor, the contents disappear and CKEditor doesn't appear. It just remains blank.
