BEA-040498 Does Not Show The Queue Name (Doc ID 1637384.1)

Goal

If the distributed destination member is not reachable (JMS server down, Network issue, etc ...) you should see lots of BEA-040498 messages as below:

 
The Problem is that the error  BEA-040498 shows the destination member ID rather than the queue name.

Thus, this is impossible to know the exact queue or topic in cause, especially in an environment with a huge number of JMS modules.

Question 1: how do we get the queue name for id xxxxxxxx.10611 ?
Question 2: how can we change the message to always include the queue name ?
