Symptoms

 Error While running a Prodecure from SQL Developer. Procedure contains database 12C new feature of dbms_sql.return_result

 

ORA-29481: Implicit results cannot be returned to client.

 Steps to Test

Open SQL Developer and create objects as below

  

  

 

Changes

 New feature of database 12C is being used to return Cursor result using Dbms_sql.return_result
