Can Image Resolution on Imported TIF Files be Converted During the Enterprise Capture Import Process? (Doc ID 1637553.1)

Goal

When importing a high resolution image in the dc-client page (e.g. 1200*1200), Capture does not convert the imported image to low resolution Image (e.g. 200*200). The settings used in the Client Profile -> "Image Settings" train stop like "Default DPI", "Default Color", "Prevent Default Override" and "Apply Default Brightness and Contrast" all work only while Scanning and not while Importing.  Can this be achieved in Enterprise Capture?
