WCI: Documents Not Appearing In Browse Mode When Knowledge Directory Source Set to 'Database'

Information in this document applies to any platform.
In WCI 10.3.3, with the Knowledge Directory's Browsing Source set to 'Database', documents are not appearing in the KD's Browse mode, eventhough the count of docs in the UI is shown (i.e., "Showing 2 of 5"). Errors are thrown in the HTML source and a PTSpy capture.
