EXTRACT Pump Is In Hung State (Doc ID 1638187.1)

Symptoms

OGG v11.2.1.0.1 EXTRACT PUMP is hung.  It is able to create the file on dest location but after that it is not able to process any data.

2014-03-17 10:28:49  INFO    OGG-00993  Oracle GoldenGate Capture for Oracle, <extract_name>:  EXTRACT <extract_name> started.
2014-03-17 10:28:56  INFO    OGG-01226  Oracle GoldenGate Capture for Oracle, <extract_name>:  Socket buffer size set to 27985 (flush size 27985).
2014-03-17 10:28:56  INFO    OGG-01056  Oracle GoldenGate Capture for Oracle, <extract_name>:  Recovery initialization completed for target file D:\ORACLE\OGG\11.2.1.0.1\dirdat\iu000174, at RBA 2135, CSN 319204844.
