Unable To Navigate On Community Activities From Portal Activity Stream (Doc ID 1638323.1)

Symptoms

Create a sample WebCenter Portal application and add the Activity Stream taskflow in it.
Make sure the Database contains records of Communities or Spaces been created in WebCenter Spaces.

Those results will appear in WebCenter Portal Activity Stream as well. Now when trying to click on one Activity which is related Spaces, it does not navigate to WebCenter Spaces and there is no change in the URL (meaning points to portal context root and not the spaces context root) when the user hovers the URL.
