While executing the "soa.delete_instances" procedure as described in Oracle FMW Guide (http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E28280_01/admin.1111/e10226/soaadmin_partition.htm#CHDIIIFG) for purging instances in Microsoft SQL Server ,database execution logs are not getting generated correctly. If user set the input parameter @write_file of the procedure with the value 'C:\temp\out1.txt', two files instead of one single file are generated: 'C:\temp\out1.tx' and 'C:\temp\out1.txt'.One file contains only the following entry : "20 NOV 2013 07:18: Number of rows in table soa.PRUNE_RUNNING_INSTS Workflow inserts into prune table = 0 "and the other file has the rest of the details. Ideally, the procedure should generate only one file with the name the user has provided.
