 1. First verify that User Name, Password and Connection Details (Host Port Service Name / SQL*Net Connection) are correct
 2. When the connection has been verified in the first step, verify that OWBSYS, Workspace Owner or the Workspace User (depending what user is used for the connection), have the correct privileges and roles
