Choose Search Profile Option Not Available in Desktop Integration Suite (DIS) when DIS Configued Against WebUI (Doc ID 1640620.1)

Symptoms

Using WCC 11.1.1.8 MLR3 with DIS 11.1.8.1074 on Windows 7 the - choose profile section is not shown when DIS is configured against WebUI.   DIS configured against Native UI does not present the issue.

--- Steps to reproduce ---

1. Open windows explorer and go to WCC server.
2. Right click and search.
3. Search form opens.
    a. Choose profile section appears if DIS configured against NativeUI (native.jpg attached).
    b. Choose profile section disappears if DIS configured against WebUI (Web.jpg attached).

Changes

 DIS configured against WEBUI.
