Symptoms

When trying to view/manage map tiles for a google map in mapviewer admin getting the following pop-up

[MVGlobalVariables.getMapCacheConfig] MAPVIEWER-05523: Cannot process response from MapViewer server. (MAPVIEWER.GOOGLE_MAP:)
