Moving User Defined Field (UDF) from Test to Production (Doc ID 1641143.1)

When attempting to import the user metadata to another environment  the UDF does not show up in the form designer (/sysadmin).
The field is present in the DB table but the export/import is not working properly indicating there are problems with the deployment manager.
