When an RDBMS Security store is configured using the documentation at http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E23943_01/web.1111/e13707/rdbms.htm, the managed server cannot be stopped gracefully and the following error is observed in the managed server log:

The process had to be killed to be able to stop the managed server.
