Symptoms

After upgrading the JDK version to 1.7.0_51, launching navigator for an asset throws the error.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade JDK to 1.7.0_51
2. start OER server and access an asset Navigator for any asset in OER console
