Symptoms

In the WebCenter Content: Records (WCCREC) product, a user creates a retention category and then creates a record folder within that category. The user then checks a content item into the retention folder, and another into the retention category using the same metadata. When viewing the content items in the record folder the item is displayed. However, when viewing the items in the retention category the item is not displayed.
