Stuck Thread with ChunkedOutputStream.getSize (Doc ID 1643951.1)

Symptoms

Stuck threads are observed at ChunkedOutputStream.getSize and many weblogic.utils.io.Chunk objects are observed in the heap. Weblogic would become unresponsive when reading data from ChunkedOutputStream and we could observe all other threads are waiting for these objects as below

Note that 0x88150ae8 objects repeated down the tree.
