Undeploying Older Version lLbrary Removes the Contents of Newer Library (Doc ID 1644023.1)

Symptoms

When deploying a library using '*.ear' package file with some versions, some directories are created under tmp/_WL_user/<lib-name>/
For example, if a library name is bug12801618-lib and there are two versions, the directories are created like this:

But, when undeploy one of the versions, then all directories are removed nevertheless another version library is used. This would cause ClassNotFoundException during runtime
