Symptoms

When ReconnectDelayMinimum is set in Messaging Bridge, it is expected to delay the re-connection when there is a connection failure occurs.

However, it was noticed that Messaging Bridge reconnects earlier. So, we could see that increasing the Number of Messaging Bridge failures & subsequently it is consuming more network resources
