Performance Issue on WebLogic when Using Time-to-Live for JMS Queue / Topic Caused by Timer Threads (Doc ID 1644044.1)

Symptoms

If "Time-to-Live" has been configured for either Queue or Topic in Weblogic JMS, then under load, you can notice a performance issue. In a thread dump, you can observe similar threads as below,
