Goal

We have created a custom WebCenter Portal application using 11.1.1.6 version. We have multi language feature for the portal application. We are able to change the language and see that the navigation files and labels are changed according to the language selected by user. The problem is that we need to sort the navigation file labels alphabetically based on the language selected by the user. We have order the navigation file alphabetically but when the user changes the language the order is not alphabetical based on the language.

The navigation is achieved with a standard navigation object in the Portal, where the objects are ordered manually by the English Alphabet.
It is visualized by custom ADF tags in the Page Template.
