Tuxedo on Windows can output message to Windows Event log by Control Panel settings (see Note 1645996.1).

However, it is only displayed in English even if language environment had been set to allow Japanese Message catalog.

Japanese message catalogs are under %TUXDIR%\locale\Japanese_Japan.932, but event message dll is not translated yet.
