Windows Eventlog Can Not Be Displayed After Setting It In Tuxedo Administration Entry Within Control Panel (Doc ID 1645996.1)

Symptoms

Tuxedo on Windows has setting destination with Tuxedo Administration in Control Panel.

Here after a screen shot for Oracle Tuxedo 12.1.1.0 Administration entry within Windows Control Panel:

In Logging tab, thee type of destination as follows:

  1. Windows NT Event Log
  2. Disk File (ULOG)
  3. Both

Matching the following screen shot:

However if the application process has not write permission for HKLM\Software\Oracle\Tuxedo\12.1.1.0_VS2010\Environment it will be always output into ULOG with any setting.
