Symptoms

Performance degradation with WLS 12.1.2. After 8 to 10 hours performance load OatmialServices falls apart.
The messages on the TUX side /Q queues, waiting to be sent to the WLS side JMS queues, start to backlog and never recover.

Changes

 Upgrade to WLS 12.1.2
