java.sql.SQLException: ORA-4068: existing state of packages has been discarded
ORA-4061: existing state of package "PACKAGENAME.PROCEDURENAME" has been invalidated
ORA-4065: not executed, altered or dropped package  "PACKAGENAME.PROCEDURENAME"

They have to reset affected data source on Admin Console. Is this expected behavior? Is there any better solution for this?
