Requirements Questions:

1. AD to synchronize users across to OID at a configurable frequency
2. User is required to log in to EBS with password maintained on AD
3. EBS via OID, delegates authentication of user log in details to AD in real time, each time users tries to log in afresh to EBS
4. Password changes on AD do not need to be sync'd to EBS even though EBS must maintain redundant passwords being a mandatory field in FND user table. Only user name attribute need to be sync'd to AD
