CUSTOMIZATION OF DEPLOYED MAPPINGS NOT VISIBLE IN ODSM (Doc ID 1662286.1)

Symptoms

Customized values of a mapping template are not visible in a new ODSM
session, after the mapping has been deployed.

 
ODSM does not allow to review information about deployed mappings.
The "Mapping Templates" menu only contains the default templates and
customizations to a template are not saved.
The "Deployed Mapping" menu does not provide either an option to review the
currently used configuration.

If additional changes to an already deployed mapping should be added, the
current configuration has to be reviewed
in the deployed python script stored in the "mapping" directory of the OVD
configuration.


Changes

 - Start ODSM
- Choose the Advanced tab and then the Mapping Template menu
- Choose "Active_Directory_to_inetOrg"
- Add a new value to the parameter "Rename Outbound Attributes"
- Deploy the mapping
- Close ODSM
- Start a new ODSM session
- Review the mapping template
