Web Application Deployed as Shared Library is not Taking its Deployment Descriptors into Consideration (Doc ID 1663142.1)

Goal

The goal is to access a JSP deployed as shared library from another web application.

When a web application (master.war) refers to a JSP (ref.jsp) deployed as shared library, http://localhost:7001/master/ref.jsp, it will raise "Error 404--Not Found".
It works fine if shared library (ref.war) contains the precompiled jsp class.

Although the weblogic.xml in shared library contains element precompile set to true WLS does not precompile the jsp when the web application is deployed as shared library.
