Symptoms

On : 10.1.3.4 version,

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Customer is using an inbound Database adapter with BPEL. When the adapter reads one row it creates two BPEL instances for the same data.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The adapter should create only one BPEL instance for each row read from the database
