Symptoms
After a complete cluster failure, one of the vservers was found to be running on 2 computes nodes each in a different cluster pool. Because of this, the disk image became corrupted and consequently the vserver is in a reboot loop with a kernel panic as follows:

There was a complete ZFS storage failure immediately before the issue occurred.
