WCC Record Cluster server node start up shows "External Source 'Physical' does not exist" error (Doc ID 1663506.1)

Goal

 Cluster environment set up for WCC Record and of the 2 nodes , 1 is showing the following error during start up : 


Caused by: intradoc.common.ServiceException: External Source 'Physical' does not exist
