Permission Denied To /tmp/ When Installing Two WebCenter Portal On The Same Machine

When installing the first WebCenter Portal on a Linux server, it creates the file /tmp/ with the process owner as the owner of the file. When installing the second WebCenter Portal on the same server but with another process owner, the WebLogic Server instance WC_Portlet fails with the following exception:
