Permission Denied To /tmp/CompiledJs.data When Installing Two WebCenter Portal On The Same Machine (Doc ID 1663547.1)

Symptoms

When installing the first WebCenter Portal on a Linux server, it creates the file /tmp/CompiledJs.data with the process owner as the owner of the file. When installing the second WebCenter Portal on the same server but with another process owner, the WebLogic Server instance WC_Portlet fails with the following exception:

<BEA-101162> <User defined listener org.apache.shindig.common.servlet.GuiceServletContextListener failed: com.google.inject.CreationException: Guice creation errors
