Users Reporting Internet Explorer 'locking Up'.

Users are reporting that Internet Explorer 'locks up', or freezes since Logon Manager has been installed. The IE browser process has to be stopped and restarted in order to work.

One work around is opening IE in Private. This seems to alleviate the behavior.
