Data Not Extracted After Creating Vendor Sub Class / Learning Documents in WFR Supervised Learnset Manager (Doc ID 1664236.1)

After the creation and training of Vendor sub classes, invoices are still failing to extract correctly.  All fields are blank in Verifier.

Examination of the workdoc shows:

1. That the page is treated as a single block.
2. There is only one word.
3. There is only one line.

The issue appears when training on a workstation that has only Verifier installed.  When training is performed on the RTS server, the issue does not replicate.
