The Web Service Call Failed. A Connection To The Target Web Service Could Not Be Created (Doc ID 1664345.1)

Symptoms

A custom task flow that uses web service data control is deployed to Spaces. Below error is reported when the task flow is added to a Page:

"The Web Service call failed. A connection to the target Web Service could not be created"


Corresponding error is reported in WC_Spaces.diagnostic log:
