At Low Screen Resolutions, Spell Check Window In Maximized CKEditor Is Unusable (Doc ID 1664496.1)

Symptoms

When screen resolution is set to 1280x768, SpellChecker in maximized CKEditor is not usable in Internet Explorer.

After CKEditor is maximized and SpellChecker popup is displayed, part of the popup is below the window, and it is not scrollable. Therefore, it cannot be used properly.
