How To Solve The Issue Of Date Value Being Reduced By 1 Day When Creating OIM User Using OIM API In Clusterred Environment (Doc ID 1665015.1)

When creating OIM user using OIM API DOB(Date Of Birth) value is reduced by one day (DOB-1) in cluster.

OIM server and Database server are in different timezone.

   OIM Server - Date is in EDT time format. Both Portal & OIM on the same host.
   Database - MDT timezone.

Testing on OIM server2: tried to pass DOB 'Tue Jan 01 10:20:56 CST 1985' instead 'Tue Jan 01 00:00:00 CST 1985' to OIM API but still it does work as expected. OIM user got created in OIM with the correct DOB "January 1, 1985". So it looks to be related to timezone issue.
