Log Files Are Not Getting Rotated in OVD 11g Server (Doc ID 1666348.1)

Symptoms

1. When trying to configure log file rotation in OVD server using daily basis, it is not working.

2. On this sample diagnostic.log file is rotated but access.log file is not rotated. Behavior can happen as this sample, of even other way where 

access.log is rotated but diagnostic.log file is not. Or even both log files are not rotated. For this sample it is observed diagnistic file rotated and

access.log file stay empty:
