Getting Internal Server Error 500 when login to OIM admin console in HA environment (Doc ID 1666490.1)

Symptoms

There are 2 OIM nodes deployed in a cluster which has been integrated with OAM which is also a 2 node cluster. When both the OIM managed servers are running, there can be seen an internal server error 500 when accessing OIM admin console.

Everything works fine if a single OIM node is started.
