Symptoms

After launching the Webservice Test Client and loading WSDL on Weblogic 12.1.2 running into below runtime error.The same WSDL has no issues when loading in Test Client of Weblogic 11g

 Web Services Test Client can be invoked from any browser by entering the following URL:http://host:port/ws_utc
