tpcall() Hangs under High Load Transaction (Doc ID 1666589.1)

Symptoms

 Under high-loaded transaction situation, sometimes tpcall() hangs and target service will not be invoked.

simpcl is transactional client and it calls at tpcall()

But server process did not invoke the target service.
