How to Configured Assertion Not to be Signed in OIF11gR2PS2 (Doc ID 1667484.1)

Goal

I'm integration with with a federated IDP using OAM 11gR2PS2.
The IDP is NOT able to sign the assertions. In our Meta-data OAM set WantAssertionsSigned to true by default.



I want to set this to false. How can I do that?
