Symptoms

Create separate domains one for the OIM and SOA and one forOracle Access Manager 11g R2PS2 (OAM 11.1.2.2). Then run configure Security Store.
When exporting the domain encryption key from the Oracle Identity Manager/SOA domain in order to import it to Oracle Access Manager domain, it fails:

If check the permissions of the jps-config.xml file they are correct.
