Microsoft Word Markup does not Convert to PDF when Using MicrosoftWord as Third Party PDF Converter (Doc ID 1667992.1)

On : 11.1.1.6.0 version, Conversion

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After setting up Microsoft Word as a third party to convert doc and docx files to PDF, it is found that Microsoft Word Markup text in the original file does not show up in the converted PDF. However, when directly converted via Microsoft word's Publish to PDF plugin in Word, the Microsoft Word Markup shows up in the converted PDF.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

It is expected that if Microsoft directly converts the file to PDF and the markup appears there, that performing the same conversion using the Inbound Refinery to pass the file to Word should produce the same results.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup to have Microsoft Word directly convert files to PDF
2. Check in a docx.file with Microsoft Word Markup
3. See all that the markup text is missing in converted file
4. Use Microsoft Word's plugin to convert the same file
5. See all the comments in the converted file.

BUSINESS IMPACT
