OAG Instances Become Unresponsive And Require Restart Every Few Days (Doc ID 1668446.1)

Symptoms

It is observed that OAG 11.1.2.1.0 instances become unresponsive and require restart every few days.  The only remedy is to stop all instances in the group remove the opsdb.d directory under the OAG installation and restart.

This scenario has been noticed as a frequent occurance with OAG 11.1.2.1.0.
