WebCenter Portal User Loses Access Rights To Some Images Stored In WebCenter Content (Doc ID 1668824.1)

Symptoms

One particular user can no longer access some graphic images stored in the associated WebCenter Content repository.

The same user when accessing the WebCenter Content repository through the native WebCenter Content interface can see the images without error.

When attempting to view the objects through the WebCenter Portal application the following error is raised in the UCM log file.
