DVM is not Synchronized in a Clustered Domain

Symptoms
Using DVM for configurable values in a 5 node, clustered SOA 11.1.1.5.0 domain.
When trying to change/ add any value in the existing DVMs (through SOAComposer), it is routed to SOAComposer of any of the 5 managed server instances at any given point of time (lets say for example it is updated/added on ManagedServer1).
However, if the request lands on another managed server (Lets say for example on ManagedServer2), it is failing.
