Blobs Getting Filesize 0 When Updating Assets Twice Through Asset API (Doc ID 1669741.1)

Symptoms

When updating an asset using the Asset API, if you update the same asset twice using the same MutableAssetData, any blobs attached to the asset are saved as 0-byte files, even if you aren't updating the blobs.
